Who these terms cover

These terms describe the use of the websites and services operated by Jayant: the public Portfolio and Blog, Studio’s tools, games and workspaces, Auth’s account services, and the restricted Admin application. These products share an account system where applicable; they are not separate account providers.

Studio account workspaces also have existing versioned account terms. Those terms remain available through the Studio account-terms link below. This page does not change an existing acceptance record or silently replace the version you accepted.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and recovery methods, and use only accounts and resources you are authorised to access. Access to Admin and restricted product features requires permission; having an account does not automatically grant that access.

Use the Auth account pages to manage your profile, password, connected providers, second factor and sessions. Contact Jayant if you believe your account or content has been accessed without permission. Never send passwords, recovery codes or authentication tokens through the contact form.

Acceptable use

Do not use the services for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, distributing malicious content, infringing others’ rights, bypassing access controls or disrupting the services. Automated access must respect authentication, rate limits and the permissions of the resource being accessed.

Only upload or share material you have the right to use. Do not submit other people’s sensitive information without an appropriate basis and their permission where required.

Your content and tool results

You retain your rights to your own content. Operating the features you request requires storing, processing and displaying that content, including through the infrastructure providers described in the Privacy Policy. This operational permission does not transfer ownership of your content.

Check tool results before relying on them. Utilities, games and experimental features are provided as available and can contain mistakes. Keep your own copies of important files and records. Do not use these services as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial or other consequential decisions.

Portfolio writing, artwork and other site materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Public access does not grant permission to republish them or imply endorsement.

Availability and changes

Features may change, become unavailable or be retired. Continuous availability, error-free output and recovery of every file or record are not guaranteed. Where practical, significant changes affecting stored user content will be communicated through the service or an appropriate contact channel.

Access may be restricted to address abuse, security incidents, legal requirements or a breach of these terms. You may stop using the services and request account or content deletion through the available controls or Contact page.

Responsibility and your rights

You are responsible for how you use the services and for the accuracy, permissions and legality of the content you provide. Nothing on this page excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Questions, disputes and requests should be raised through the Contact page so they can be reviewed. Changes to this page will carry an updated date; any new versioned acceptance required for a product will be handled through that product’s acceptance flow.
